The Viewing Party agrees to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose, publish, distribute, forward, upload, email, message, post, transmit, or otherwise make the Portfolio or any portion of it available to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party, The Viewing Party shall not: Copy or duplicate the Portfolio, Create screenshots or screen recordings of any portion of the Portfolio, Print the Portfolio, Upload the Portfolio to any cloud storage, Al service, file-sharing platform, collaboration platform, or document management system, Share the Portfolio through email, messaging applications, or any other electronic or physical means, Use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than the Permitted Purpose, Reproduce, adapt, r or incorporate any design, artwork, concept, or creative element into another work without prior written permission. Use the Portfolio to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning.
